Was not very happy with the contents of the race pack, paid so much and only get a bag with few pieces of papers and junk... Doesn't seem to worth my money isn't it?
Had my lunch at Singapore Expo and head down to Tampines Mall and watch the Walt Disney latest animation, Bolt.
For super-dog BOLT (voice of John Travolta), every day is filled with adventure, danger and intrigue - at least until the cameras stop rolling. When the star of a hit TV show is accidentally shipped from his Hollywood soundstage to New York City, he begins his biggest adventure yet - a cross-country journey through the real world. Armed only with the delusions that all his amazing feats and powers are real, and with the help of two unlikely traveling companions: a jaded, abandoned housecat named Mittens (voice of Susie Essman) and a TV-obsessed hamster in a plastic ball named Rhino, Bolt discovers he doesn't need superpowers to be a hero.
Quite an exciting and interesting animation, worth the money to watch it with your children. Well, I'm a 100% Walt Disney fan... ;p After the animation, I went over to the counter and catch another movie, a chinese one, titled All About women.
This comedy is set against the backdrop of the rapidly developing city of Beijing. It takes a look at three women from different professions and backgrounds, and presents a contemporary chic comedy on how they deal with love. Zhou Xun transforms from gentle to captivating, playing 12 roles in the movie including a doctor, a patient, a reporter, and more. Kwai Lun-mei transforms from innocent to rock-and-roll, while Kitty Zhang from girl-next-door to rich coquette.
After the second movie, I rush down to Bedok 511 market to meet YS and RL for dinner / supper before retiring for the day and prepare for the Marathon the next day...
