Keanu Reeves portrays Klaatu, an alien whose arrival on our planet triggers a global upheaval. As governments and scientists race to unravel the mystery behind the visitor's appearance, a woman (Jennifer Connelly) and her young stepson get caught up in his mission - and come to understand the ramifications of his being a self-described 'friend to the Earth.'

Went to watch this movie after work with JW, RH and ML at Tampines Mall GV. RL who watched it in the afternoon SMS me in the afternoon that the movie was rather slow.  Nevertheless, I proceed to watch the movie. Met ML for dinner before meeting up with the rest for the show. The movie was about Alien coming onto earth and realising that human being are destroying Earth decided to save the Earth by destructing all human being. However, the alien eventually realised that human being does change in the midst of an emergency stop the destruction.  Indeed this show was rather slow, but I still enjoyed the movie and felt that it was a good one.  Most probably because of the trailer, people have a higher expectation and wrong sense that its gonna be quite action pack.
